Some countries&#8217; licences may require an additional international driving permit. The renter must also have at least two years of driving experience.<\/li>\n<li>The renter and any additional drivers must present a valid driver&#8217;s licence and identification document (Passport, ID card) when receiving the vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Maintenance and Use of the Rental Vehicle<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter must take good care of the rental vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>The use of the rental vehicle for illegal purposes or racing is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>It is forbidden to use the rental vehicle off-road.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must drive the vehicle personally and not allow third parties to use it without written permission from the rental company noted in the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Liability and Compensation for Damages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter is fully responsible for all lost parts and accessories of the rental vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>In case of an accident, the renter must cover the damages up to the deductible specified in the contract.<\/li>\n<li>If the vehicle is damaged due to the renter&#8217;s negligence or intentional actions, the renter is fully responsible for the damage, regardless of the deductible specified in the contract.<\/li>\n<li>The renter is fully responsible for damages if caused by non-compliance with contractual obligations, or if the renter was under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, or using the vehicle for criminal purposes.<\/li>\n<li>If the renter complies with all contract terms, the renter&#8217;s deductible for vehicle theft is \u20ac1200.<\/li>\n<li>In case of theft, the renter must return the vehicle&#8217;s documents and keys to the rental company; otherwise, the renter is fully liable for the theft.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must pay rent for the time taken to repair any damage, calculated as 1 day of repair equals 1 day of vehicle usage, up to a maximum of 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>Lost keys fee: \u20ac300<\/li>\n<li>Lost documents fee: \u20ac100<\/li>\n<li>Damaged tire or wheel fee: \u20ac100<\/li>\n<li>The renter is responsible for damage caused to the vehicle by third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment options include credit cards, debit cards with credit card features, cash, and bank transfer based on a prepayment invoice. When paying by transfer, the invoice must be settled before the rental period begins.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must provide a prepayment according to the requested rental period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Insurance Coverage Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandatory liability insurance is included in the rental price.<\/li>\n<li>The renter is liable for all damages occurring during parking, theft, or if the perpetrator is unknown. The maximum deductible is \u20ac1200 unless comprehensive insurance is purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive insurance is available for an additional fee of \u20ac19 per day, with a deductible of \u20ac200.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance coverage does not apply if hazardous or prohibited materials are transported.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance coverage does not apply if the driver lacks a valid license at the time of the incident.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance coverage does not apply if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross-Border Rentals and Territorial Restrictions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-border rentals are available upon request and for an additional fee.<\/li>\n<li>The renter may use the vehicle only within Estonia unless otherwise specified in the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Using the vehicle outside the contractually defined territory is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Services<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional drivers, child seats, and boosters are available for an extra fee.<\/li>\n<li>Additional driver fee: \u20ac9 per day.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning fee (if returned excessively dirty): \u20ac15.<\/li>\n<li>Pickup and drop-off service: Available within P\u00e4rnu city. Handovers and returns only at the company address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Vehicle Return and Refuelling<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The rental vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of rental. A refuelling fee of \u20ac30 plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied if not returned with the same amount of fuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Rental Period and Return<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The rental day is 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed location and time at the end of the rental period.<\/li>\n<li>Late returns will incur a rental fee at double the rate unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mileage Limit and Additional Charges<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The daily rental mileage limit is 350 km.<\/li>\n<li>Each additional kilometre is charged at \u20ac0.15 per kilometre.<\/li>\n<li>The exact mileage limit is specified in the rental agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other Fees and Charges<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Traffic and parking fines administration fee: \u20ac30 per incident, plus all fines must be paid by the driver.<\/li>\n<li>All Privalon Autorent O\u00dc cars are non-smoking. An additional cleaning fee and\/or odour removal fee is \u20ac150.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Maintenance and Expenses<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter must ensure the vehicle&#8217;s technical condition (oil level, coolant level, brake fluid level, external lights, tire pressure, etc.) during the rental period.<\/li>\n<li>The rental company covers maintenance expenses resulting from normal use.<\/li>\n<li>The rental company is not responsible for expenses incurred due to travel interruptions caused by vehicle breakdowns or technical failures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Accidents and Notifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of an accident, injury, vehicle damage, or theft, the renter must immediately notify the police and the rental company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Long-Term Rental Discounts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-term rental discounts are available upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Privalon Autorent O\u00dc Car Rental Terms and Conditions &nbsp; Renter&#8217;s Age and Driving License The renter must be at least 25 years old.
